The essence of Earthing is all about absorbing electrons from the earth into your body, an abundant source of antioxidants.
The action of earthing is easy to do, and free, by just standing barefoot on the earth. Your barefoot body acts as a conductor which draws in enough electrons to re-balance & regulate every cell in your body.

As electrical beings, we are conductors of electrons. Earthing is all about soaking in electrons, into your body. We NEED electrons to make every action happen at a cellular level. We ingest electrons via the air we breathe, via the food we eat, via our skin AND most profoundly via the Earth.
Take your shoes & socks off and put your barefeet on the Earth. Feel the stress drain away, feel the pain reduce. This called 'Earthing'. We are all different and so although some people feel the effects of Earthing almost instantaneously, others do not notice anything for weeks or even months. Don’t give up. It is working as soon as you establish direct contact with the Earth. Initially some people may feel some temporary discomfort or even flu ¬like signs, nausea, pain or aches. In practically all cases, this experience is fleeting. It is the result of a normalization of the body’s “electrical system.” A healing crisis, so to speak. As the process gets underway, the body’s ability to release accumulated toxicity may improve and you could feel that as transient discomfort. Typically, after some initial adjustment, you start feeling better and more energised.
If you are uncomfortable, stop grounding yourself for several days and then begin again, starting with shorter exposure and gradually increasing the exposure.
