Although the word "arthritis" means joint inflammation, the term is used to describe around 200 rheumatic conditions that affect joints, the tissues that surround the joint, and other connective tissue.
The most common form of arthritis is osteoarthritis. Other common rheumatic conditions include gout, lupus, fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis. |
The compromised cell is either weak & starving and can't absorb the nutrients IN (oxidation), or fat & swollen and can't release the toxins OUT (inflammation).
A normal healthy cell oscilates between these two conditions to maintain a balance and doesn't let itself go too far to the extreme. Looking closely at the graphic, you can see osteoarthritis (therefore rhuematic) is an 'oxidative stress' situation. The cells are starving because the cell wall is tight and leathery, non permeable. More MSM needed, in my opinion. |
